HOW LONG DOES A BRIDAL APPOINTMENT TAKE?
Your appointment is all about you, and we want to make every minute magical. We start with a relaxed chat to understand your wedding plans, personal style, and what makes you feel amazing. From there, we’ll explore our dreamy dresses together.
Appointments typically last around 1 hour 30 minutes, giving you plenty of time to find the one.
IS ELIZABETH KATE APPOINTMENT ONLY?
Yes, we’re a by-appointment-only boutique. Every bride enjoys exclusive, private use of one of our beautiful lounges: Eden or Rae.
You’ll have our full attention, uninterrupted time to try on gowns, and a calm, intimate setting to say yes with confidence.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR A BRIDAL APPOINTMENT?

Appointments – £20 booking fee (non-refundable). This can be paid over the phone or via PayPal (link sent after request confirmed)

Booking more than 2 years ahead? – A £50 booking fee applies, redeemable against your dress when you say yes.

Need to reschedule? – We’re happy to move your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed or late-cancelled appointments are subject to a £50 fee.
WHEN SHOULD I START WEDDING DRESS SHOPPING?
We recommend starting your bridal dress search around 12–18 months before your wedding. This gives you time to explore new collections, order your dream dress, and plan fittings or custom alterations.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY APPOINTMENT?
You don’t need anything fancy — just bring your lovely self! We recommend:

Nude or light-coloured underwear

A strapless bra, if you already have one (no need to buy anything!)

Avoid fake tan, as it can transfer to our gowns

No need for shoes — you’ll only need those at your fittings

A little makeup is totally fine — just no heavy bronzer or body makeup, please.

Our bridal lounge seats the bride plus up to 3 guests. Choose people who know your style, support your vision, and keep the vibes positive.
