Your bridal experience at Elizabeth Kate Bridal is all about you. A £20 booking fee secures your private two-hour appointment, giving you exclusive use of the boutique and your very own Fairy Dress Mother, who will guide you every step of the way.

How booking works
Reserve your appointment online, pick your date and time, and it's confirmed there and then. A £20 booking admin fee secures your slot (this goes towards reducing no-shows, so we can keep offering longer, unhurried appointments to every bride).
When you say yes: it's 50% deposit when you order your dress, the remaining 50% when it arrives, usually around 3 months before your wedding.
All alterations are done in-house by Kim and Holly. No third-party seamstress, no dress leaving the building, no chasing anyone else for your final fitting.

Can I bring guests? Yes, we recommend bringing up to 3 guests whose opinions you truly value. This helps keep the experience focused, calm and enjoyable.
Do I need to be ready to buy my dress to book an appointment? We recommend booking your appointment when you feel ready to say “yes” to your wedding dress. Our private appointments are designed for brides who are ready to find the one, so you can fully enjoy your magical moment without pressure or timing worries. If you’re still in the early “just looking” stage, that’s absolutely fine, we’d simply suggest waiting until you’re a little closer to making your decision so you get the very best experience with us. As a small, appointment-only boutique, this also helps us keep our precious appointment spaces available for brides who are truly ready to find their dream dress. Thank you for understanding, we promise it will be worth the wait.
Is the appointment fee refundable? Our appointment fees are non-refundable, but you may reschedule with 48 hours’ notice.
Do you stock samples in all sizes? We carry a beautiful range of samples from size 8–22. Your Fairy Dress Mother will use clips and adjustments to help you visualise the perfect fit.
Can I walk in without an appointment? We are a by-appointment-only boutique to ensure every bride enjoys a dedicated, private experience.
Do you charge for return appointments? Yes, this helps us manage the diary and ensures your preferred time is reserved just for you.
How long are appointments? Bridal Appointments: 90 - 120 minutes Revisit / Decision Appointments: 60 - 90 minutes Fittings: 45 minutes
Can I reschedule my appointment? Yes, you can reschedule with 48 hours’ notice.
