How did you two meet?
We met at work, on a ward in the hospital
What about the proposal, how did it go?
The proposal was in a hot tub in the lakes district, Ruth was so nervous she got the ring out, jumped back in the hot tub leaving it on the side and said absolutely nothing  I just said yes and put the ring on!
What was your wedding style/inspo?
Our inspiration was bohemian/rustic autumnal style, inspired by our love for autumn and woodland
Tell us about your dress!
My Bonnie by Willowby wedding dress was a beautiful nude with ivory lace, slim fit and a beautiful train which really flattered my figure. With a killer veil ! Both our dresses were rarely similar accidentally!
What was your favourite part of your wedding day?
My favourite part of the day was the ceremony, seeing my wife looking beautiful and her beaming smile as I walked down the aisle
Any changes? (Things you wish you’d done or wish you hadn’t!)
The only thing I wish we’d done different is save more of the cake!! Oh and worn warmer shoes
Any tips for brides to be?
Just stay true to what you want and what you enjoy.
Try be present on the day, as it flys, and before you know it it’s over!
Ask family and friends to help, they love to be a part of the day and it saves not only money but time too! (And becomes a nice family activity)
And have a sweetheart table, as the top table, we did this and it was a lovely moment for us to catch up and just reflect and have a breath!
