Whether you've been saving dresses for months or have absolutely no idea where to start, we'll help you work it out. Your appointment is £20 Your £20 appointment fee secures your private appointment and is fully redeemable against your dress when you purchase with us on the day. We keep appointments private and limit the number of brides we see, so your time is reserved just for you and your guests. Cancellation Policy Your appointment fee is non-refundable, but your appointment can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Ready to find your dress?

Cancellation Policy
Need to reschedule or cancel? Please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment and we’ll happily move it for you. Your £20 appointment fee will transfer to your new appointment. If you purchase your dress with us on the day of your appointment, your full £20 appointment fee is redeemable against your dress. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or non-attendance: A new booking will need to be made if you wish to visit us again, and a new £20 appointment fee will apply.
