Your bridal appointment at Elizabeth Kate Bridal is all about you. For two private hours, you’ll have exclusive use of the boutique, our full attention and your very own Fairy Dress Mother to guide you through finding the dress that feels right.

Your £20 appointment fee secures your private two-hour appointment and is fully redeemable against your dress when you purchase with us on the day.
We keep appointments private and limit the number of brides we see, so your time is reserved just for you and your guests.

How booking works
1. Choose your appointment - Pick your date and time online and your appointment is confirmed there and then.
2. Come and find your dress - You’ll have two private hours to explore our collection, with your Fairy Dress Mother there to help you find the one that feels like you.
3. If you find her, your £20 comes off your dress - When you choose your dress with us on the day, your £20 appointment fee is deducted from the purchase price.
When your dress is ordered, we take a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due when your dress arrives, usually around three months before your wedding.
All alterations are done in-house by Kim and Holly. No third-party seamstress, no dress leaving the building, no chasing anyone else for your final fitting.

Can I bring guests? Yes, we recommend bringing up to 3 guests whose opinions you truly value. This helps keep the experience focused, calm and enjoyable.
Do I need to be ready to buy my dress to book an appointment? We recommend booking your appointment when you feel ready to say “yes” to your wedding dress. Our private appointments are designed for brides who are ready to find the one, so you can fully enjoy your magical moment without pressure or timing worries. If you’re still in the early “just looking” stage, that’s absolutely fine, we’d simply suggest waiting until you’re a little closer to making your decision so you get the very best experience with us. As a small, appointment-only boutique, this also helps us keep our precious appointment spaces available for brides who are truly ready to find their dream dress. Thank you for understanding, we promise it will be worth the wait.
Is the appointment fee refundable? Our £20 appointment fee secures your private appointment. If you purchase your dress with us on the day of your appointment, the full £20 is redeemable against your dress. If you don't purchase a dress on the day, the appointment fee isn't refundable or transferable to another appointment. If you need to reschedule, you can do so with at least 48 hours' notice.
Do you stock samples in all sizes? We carry a beautiful range of samples from size 8–22. Your Fairy Dress Mother will use clips and adjustments to help you visualise the perfect fit.
Can I walk in without an appointment? We are a by-appointment-only boutique to ensure every bride enjoys a dedicated, private experience.
Do you charge for return appointments? Yes. Our return appointments are £20, which secures your private appointment time. If you purchase your dress with us on the day, the full £20 is redeemable against your dress. If you need to reschedule, you can do so with at least 48 hours' notice.
