Chloe had always known she wanted to get married in Las Vegas, at a little chapel, with the people she loved most around her. No fuss, no theme boards, no seating charts. Just her, Scott, and a whole lot of love on the most iconic street in the world. And when it came to finding her dress? She knew she wanted that experience, the appointment, the moment, the feeling, even if everything else was wonderfully unconventional.

How did you & your partner meet?
We met on a night out in Scunthorpe, we knew who each other were through social media a little bit and so struck up a conversation & the rest is history as they say!
Tell us about your proposal!
We had gone for a night away at Dakota in Leeds for our 8th anniversary, Scott later told me he had wanted to propose in the room as he knew I'd hate crying in public so he would wait until I went to the bathroom to get the ring out of hiding. Unfortunately for Scott I went to the bathroom about 30 seconds after we checked in so he had a mad dash of unpacking to find the hidden ring & getting down on one knee! I was so surprised, I couldn't believe he'd done it!
What was your wedding vibe/theme?
We didn't really have one, I had always wanted to get married at a little chapel in Vegas & in doing that we knew it wouldn't be a 'typical' wedding with any kind of detail. My bridesmaids & MOH wore moss green & I matched my bouquet to them with an entire greenery arrangement, that's as hard as it got!
What was your favourite moment of the day?
It's so hard to choose! The whole day was perfect and all we'd ever wanted, it was relaxed, simple and so chilled. But what stands out for me was later in the evening, walking down the Vegas strip in my wedding dress, Scott in his tux, with so many of our closest family and friends, stopping to watch the Bellagio fountains. It was a surreal experience.
What made you choose Elizabeth Kate?
I'd always thought with having a Vegas wedding, I'd wear a short, 'typical Vegas chapel' dress, but at the same time I didn't want to not have the experience of going dress shopping. I had seen a few girls I knew on social media post and share their experiences and dresses having chosen Elizabeth Kate themselves. The shop, their content and the dresses stocked were so appealing.
Tell us about your dress, what did you fall in love with?
I love that it was nothing I expected I would ever wear, I went into my appointment thinking I would want something entirely plain and I couldn't have been more wrong once I'd tried a few on! I've seen very few dresses like mine, I love that it's centered so much around nude rather than white/ivory, but I think it was the double layer train that ultimately did it for me.
How did you feel when you found 'the one'?
It was a very odd feeling, it felt right but also overwhelming to know I was stood there in the dress I'd be wearing on my wedding day, the start of a long secret!
What's one piece of advice you'd give to brides currently dress shopping?
Try EVERYTHING, dresses you think you'd suit/you envisioned you'd wear could be completely wrong for you. I would never have picked my dress up to try myself & now I couldn't have seen myself in anything else!
What would you say to someone considering visiting us?
DO IT! Kim & Holly are so welcoming, they take the time to listen to you, understand you & what you want. They're so knowledgable about their stock, their job and make you feel so comfortable.
What's one piece of advice you'd give to brides about the planning/day/anything you think!?
Make sure you do what makes you happy, even if it upsets some people, it's your day, your dream.
