KAYLEIGH AND DEAN: Real Elizabeth Kate bride Kayleigh wears Enzoani Blue Marlow Wedding Dress

How did you two meet?

We met through my sister, she used to work with Dean. I'd met her after work one day and he was there. He made a joke that we looked alike (we're twins)... very original!

What about the proposal, how did it go?

Dean proposed on Christmas Day. He'd wrapped the ring up as a present. I wasn't expecting it at all! He looked a bit shell shocked too when I opened it!

What was your wedding style/inspo?

We wanted a timeless style, something we'd look back at and still love. We went for neutral colours, mainly white with eucalyptus green and gold details. Our venue also had really beautiful character features that fit in really well with our vision.

Tell us about your dress! I'd set out looking for a dress with sleeves and no sparkle. I ended up with no sleeves and sparkle! It's true what they say that you really don't know what type of dress you want until you start to try them on. Our wedding was in Spring, and I think my Enzoani Blue Marlow Wedding Dress really suited that. I also loved the detachable skirt, it was like having two dresses in one.

What was your favourite part of your wedding day?

I can't choose just one! Walking down the aisle and seeing the look on Dean's face was one of the best bits. I loved my sister's speech. Nobody expected it and she smashed it! We also had a really lovely moment at the end of the night when the DJ announced that he was about to play the last song. Dean and I were pulled onto the dance floor and all our guests joined hands around us and danced.

Any changes? (Things you wish you'd done or wish you hadn't!)

I wish I'd not fussed over little details as much. Nobody will care if the shade of gold on the table numbers doesn't match the shade of the gold foil on the cake!

Any tips for brides to be?

On the day, take a few minutes to sit back and take it all in. It goes so quickly! Someone told me to do this before our day and I'm really glad they did.
