How did you two meet?
We met on Tinder , he told me he was 6ft 2, it was that moment I knew he was the one !
What about the proposal, how did it go?
The proposal was planned for Edinburgh, Dave had planned a private sight seeing tour and they were taking us to a special spot for Dave to propose. Covid hit and it got cancelled, Dave rang my dad for advice and he said it doesn’t matter where you do it, it still means the same. So he proposed to me in the garden with both our children there. I still don’t know where in Edinburgh as one day Dave said we will go.
What was your wedding style/inspo?
The venue Rebate was my inspiration, a beautiful 18th Century Church near where my parents live in Spain attached to the most beautiful restaurant. Very relaxed and special. We had a secret wedding in Vegas the month before as you can’t marry legally in Spain. Just Dave and I, in the Little White Wedding Chapel with Elvis!
Tell us about your dress!
My Elysee Etoile Evangeline wedding dress was and still is (despite me ending the night jumping in the swimming pool) beautiful!
Kim totally understood me, made me feel relaxed and picked her out for me. I found the whole experience amazing, relaxed and I felt so confident in Kim. Kim even packed my dress in my case for me. I felt amazing and very comfortable even in the hot weather.
What was your favourite part of your wedding day?
The favourite part of my day was the Police taking my dad and I to my wedding after our car not coming. They were parked near our villa and after some gentle persuasion they took us to the wedding! Blue light and everything! No photos though as we were not allowed, I will never forget this memory with my dad. My family and friends said I was so relaxed and chilled, I went with it, and we laughed all day and night.
Any changes? (Things you wish you’d done or wish you hadn’t!)
I wouldn’t change a thing, except I would like to do it all again!

Tips for brides.. relax and enjoy! Our friends and family described it as the best wedding ever!
