How did you two meet?
Tinder! I’m Australian, and Nick was backpacking around Aus when we met. Now I live in the UK, so that innocent swipe all those years ago really changed my life!!
What about the proposal, how did it go?
We were on the coast in Australia, staying in a little cottage in the bush - so it was just us 2 and our dog, and a huge surprise to me. So romantic and dreamy.
What was your wedding style/inspo?
We got married at Prestwold Hall in October so I wanted the wedding to be Autumnal, and very whimsical.
Tell us about your dress!
Ahh my beautiful dress was an Eva Lendel Tayra Wedding Dress - structured but flowy, and timeless. It felt like a modern take on something classic.
What was your favourite part of your wedding day?
I loved getting ready with my bridesmaids, and all the anticipation of the morning- but my favourite part was just after the ceremony when it was just Nick and I and we had a moment to just be together and take a breath.
Any changes? (Things you wish you’d done or wish you hadn’t!)
Nope, the whole day was perfect to me!!
Any tips for brides to be?
Let the small things go and try to be totally present on the day. It goes so fast.
